Joining as a Participant:
Joining a Business Hangouts Webinar is easy.
When you first registered, you receive an email with a personalized URL to attend the webinar. This link will also be included in any reminder emails about the event as well.
Please use this link to sign in to the event.
Occasionally, this email will show up in the Junk Mail folder - so please check there as well.
Should you need to have this link re-sent to you, please contact the organizer of the event.
I am a Host - how do I find the Participant's Link?
Click on the 'Attendees' tab on the dashboard, then choose the Webinar you wish to find the link for.
Then, find the name of the attendee. Beside 'short code' will be a copy button. This will allow you to send the attendee an email with their unique attendee URL that will allow them to join the event.
