Is there a thank you page or countdown timer before the event starts?

There is a Thank You page that your audience will see after registering for your event. If you want, you can set up a video for them to watch after they have registered.

These settings can be changed in the event settings.

To do this:

1. Log in to your Account Dashboard.
2. Click on 'All Events' along the top menu.
3. Select the event that you wish to change.
4. Click on 'Thank You'.

From here, you will have three options:

• Enable Custom Thank You Page: if you wish to send them to a landing page that you host on your own web site, you can enter the URL here.
• Thank You Page Video: you can also show a short thank you video (See Can I share a video during a live event? for instructions on how to upload a video)
• Change the Template: you will be able to change your template as well by clicking on the 'select template' button.
