How easy is it for someone to join the event room?

After someone signs up, they will get a confirmation email that will provide them with a unique attendee link.

This unique link will allow Business Hangouts to specifically track that attendee and if they attended and how long they attended, along with any engagement they had with the Business Hangouts system (if they clicked on an offer, entered a poll, etc.).

This link will open in the default browser for their device and will allow them to easily join the room.
