Does the meeting room allow people to share links?

Yes, you can share links using the chat function or you can create an Offer.

To use the Offer button, you must be logged in as a Host.

1. Click on Tools.
2. Click on 'Share Offer'.
3. Complete the text boxes in the Pop-Up, including a brief description, the URL that you want to send people to, and the caption for the button.
4. The offer will appear on all users' screens accordingly.
5. To Remove the offer, click on the 'Remove Offer' button by clicking on 'Tools', then 'Share Offer'.
