Using a meeting room link in a calendar entry or an automated scheduling tool is easy with Business Hangouts!
First, you will need to create a meeting room that you would like to use for your meetings. To do that, follow this article: How to Use Meeting Rooms
From there, you can use the meeting room URL as your 'location' in a calendar entry (such as Google Calendar or similar), or as a location on our automated tool.
In Calendly, you can select the location as 'Custom', and enter the URL for the meeting room. This will appear as the location on any automated calendar entries.
